During the first week of term, I attended New Members morning and afternoon teas organised by Marlene Fernandes and her Member Liaison team. The attendance was excellent, and it was great to meet so many of our new members. See the photos here.
I am sure that all those who attended have a much better idea of how U3A Nunawading works and the enormous contribution that our volunteers make.

“Have a coffee on us” promotion
I am pleased to announce that U3A Nunawading in conjunction with the new Social Enterprise Café at the Hub are offering a FREE standard size hot drink of your choice to members of U3A Nunawading.
The promotion will commence on Tuesday 11 March and members can pick up a voucher at Reception on presentation of their Membership badge. Vouchers must be presented to the Café no later than 30 June and there is STRICTLY ONE VOUCHER PER MEMBER.
To take pressure off the Café staff, we will limit the number of vouchers handed out each day for the first couple of weeks. If you miss out on a voucher in the first week, try again the following week.
