Happy New Year to all members! Welcome back to returning members and a very warm welcome to all our new members. I do hope that you had an enjoyable break and are ready and eager to commence classes for 2026, which began on Monday 2 February.
A great Summer School
Once again, we have just witnessed a very successful Summer School comprising many new and interesting classes and excursions. Congratulations to Carl Di Giovine for his organisation of this year’s Summer School and a big thank you to our Committee Members who assisted.
Welcome new members
On Tuesday 27 January our Member Liaison Team headed by Marlene Fernandes held a Morning Tea/Information Session for 90 of our new members. It was great to see so many of our new members in attendance and for those that missed out another function will be held in a few weeks’ time.

Membership fees are due
If you have not already paid your membership fee – and you have been accepted into a class, please ensure you do so before you attend your first class. You can pay online by credit card or come into the Hub and pay by credit card or cheque. We do not accept cash. Allow plenty of time if coming in to pay before your class as the Reception Desk will be extremely busy in the first couple of weeks.
