Welcome back to all members for Term 3. Hopefully many of you were able to get away for a week or so to enjoy some warmer weather.
During our term break the Member Wizard implementation team were hard at work putting the finishing touches to the new member system ready for launch on 9 July. Well done to the members who have registered and to those that have not please do so as no registration means no enrolment for 2027.

Community Award
Treasurer Colin Carter and I attended the “Deakin Community Awards” presentation on 10 July. U3A Nunawading were presented with a framed certificate in recognition of our work in the Volunteer Impact category.
Annual General Meeting
The Annual General meeting of U3A Nunawading Inc will be held here at the Hub on Wednesday 19 August commencing at 11 am. Please mark the date in your diary and register to attend the meeting. Nomination forms to stand for Committee of Management will be available at the office and must be in the hands of the Secretary seven days prior to the meeting.
