Fortunately for us, the Bushwalking group has been less affected by COVID restrictions lately because our class is held out of doors.

So far this year our walks have been: Braeside Park, Cape Schanck – Gunnamatta, the missing link near Warrandyte, Bunyip State Forest, Churchill Park and Arthur’s Seat – King’s Falls.
The Arthur’s Seat walk commences near Dromana, climbs up to Arthur’s Seat State Park then heads south through fairly dry forest with some views out towards the bay.
However, as you near King’s Falls the vegetation becomes more lush with ferns and creeks.
We lunched at Seawinds picnic grounds where rather a strong wind blew up and had us back on the track sooner than planned.
Our group then headed towards the chairlift with magnificent views over the bay and surrounds, and finally through the indigenous garden. Numerous kangaroos kept us entertained along the way.
