These are the key dates you need to know for next year’s enrolment:
- You will be able to VIEW next year’s courses online from Monday 13 November
- Printed copies of the 2024 Course Guide, including Terms 1 and 2 Computer Classes and 2024 Summer School Guide, will be available for collection from the Hub from Monday 13 November
- Enrolment for current members opens on Monday 27 November
- Enrolment for new members opens on Wednesday 29 November.
Intending to enrol online? Check your details now!
Here’s how to save time when enrolments open by ensuring all of your personal and contact details are up-to-date:
- Click the yellow Enrolment button at the top right-hand corner of our website homepage u3anunawading.org.au to go to the member administration system (UMAS)
(See image 1) - In UMAS, click the Login link on the left side menu or click the Login tile.
(See image 2) - Login with your membership number/email address and password.
- Please confirm your phone number/s, email address and Emergency Contact details are all correct.
- If not, click Edit Member Details, make the changes you want and then press SAVE.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a temporary one from the login page of the member administration system (UMAS).

‘How to enrol online’ training
We encourage all members to enrol online once enrolments open. Two training courses on how to enrol online will be run on 21 and 22 November (see below). You may enrol in these classes now.
- 23AAEV01: How to enrol online at U3A for 2024– Hub (face-to-face session), Tuesday 21 November, 2 pm – 3.30 pm
- 23AAEV02: How to enrol online at U3A for 2024– Zoom (Zoom session) Wednesday 22 November 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm
Members enrolling in the Zoom session will be sent a link to join prior to the class.
Enrolling in person
As usual, for those who cannot enrol online, we will have a team at the Hub to process your enrolments face-to-face. Please note we cannot take enrolments over the phone, nor can we offer assistance over the phone for online enrolling.
The Hub will be open at 8.30 am on Monday 27 November and enrolments open at 9 am. Your enrolment will be processed face-to-face by one of our Committee members. You will be given a number on arrival and assistance will be available if you have trouble completing your enrolment form.
If you are going to be away at enrolment time and cannot enrol online, forms can be completed and left at the Reception Desk but these won’t be processed until later on Monday 27 November.
The office will be open until Friday 8 December and reopen on Thursday 18 January. Our office hours are 9 am – 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.
2024 membership fee
The membership fee for 2024 for returning and new members is $55.
There is no additional fee to attend Summer School for financial members except for class materials, where indicated, or entrance fees for excursions.
Class limits
In 2024, members will be limited to three General Classes initially, plus up to 10 Computer and Digital Technology classes. There is no limit on Summer School Classes. The limit on General Classes will be lifted to eight on Monday 4 December.
