These are the key dates you need to know for next year’s enrolment:
- You will be able to VIEW next year’s courses online from Tuesday 10 November.
- Printed copies of the 2027 Course Guide including Terms 1 and 2 Computer Classes as well as the 2027 Summer School Guide will be available for collection from the Hub from Tuesday 10 November.
- Enrolment for current members opens on Monday 23 November.
- Enrolment for new members opens on Wednesday 25 November.
Intending to enrol online? Check your details now!
Here’s how to save time when enrolments open by ensuring all your personal and contact details are up to date:
1. Make sure you’ve REGISTERED on Member Wizard and set your new password
2. LOGIN to Member Wizard and check that all your details are correct.
- Click the Member Wizard button at the top right-hand corner of our website homepage (u3anunawading.org.au) to go to Member Wizard.
On a phone, it’s under the three horizontal lines at the top right (the “hamburger menu”).
(See image 1) - In Member Wizard, click the Login link on the right side menu.
(See image 2) - Login with your membership number/email address and password.
- Select Change my Contact Details. In the screen that displays, please confirm your phone number/s, email address and Emergency Contact details are all correct.
(See Image 3) - If not, click Edit Contact Details, make the changes you want and then press SAVE.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page of Member Wizard (use Reset Password).

‘How to enrol online’ training
We encourage all members to enrol online once enrolments open. FOUR training courses on how to enrol online will be run during November (see below). You may enrol in these classes now by filling out an orange form at Reception or enrolling online.
- 26WIZ420 How to enrol online with Member Wizard HUB#1, Wednesday 4 November, 2 – 4 pm. Studio 5.
- 26WIZ422 How to enrol online with Member Wizard HUB#2, Tuesday 10 November, 2 – 4 pm. Studio 4.
- 26WIZ424 How to enrol online with Member Wizard (ZOOM), Wednesday 11 November, 1 – 3 pm. On Zoom.
- 26WIZ426 How to enrol online with Member Wizard HUB#3, Tuesday 17 November, 2 – 4 pm. Studio 4.
Members enrolling in the Zoom session will be sent a link to join before the class.
Enrolling in person
As usual, for those who cannot enrol online, we will have a team at the Hub to process your enrolments face-to-face. Please note we cannot take enrolments over the phone, nor can we offer assistance over the phone for online enrolling.
The Hub will open at 8:30 am on Monday 23 November. The office will open at 9 am and your enrolment will be processed face-to-face by one of our Enrolment Team. You will be given a number on arrival and assistance will be available if you have trouble completing your enrolment form.
Remember – you MUST wear your name badge if enrolling in person.
If you are going to be away at enrolment time and cannot enrol online, forms can be completed and left at the Reception Desk but these won’t be processed until later on Monday 23 November or Tuesday 24 November.
The office will be open until Friday 4 December. Our office hours are 9.00 am – 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.
2027 membership fee
The membership fee for 2027 for current and new members is $70.
There is no additional fee to attend Summer School for financial members except for class materials, where indicated, or entrance fees for excursions.
Class limits
In 2027, members will be limited to THREE (3) General Classes initially, plus up to FOUR (4) Computer and Digital Technology classes, up to FIVE (5) Summer School Classes and THREE (3) Summer School Cooking Classes.
Art and Photography Short Courses also do not count towards your overall total. Up to FOUR (4) short courses can be joined.
The limit on General Classes and Summer School classes will be lifted to EIGHT (8) on Monday 30 November.
