Equip4Life has been conducting courses at U3A Nunawading since 2017 with over 150 members participating in their evidence-based health seminars over that time.

In response to the COVID-19 social distancing restrictions, the Victorian Government funded Equip4Life Program is now available to you from your own home, with the choice of phone (individual) or online webinar (group) delivery options at no cost.

This is a great opportunity to stay motivated and continue learning from home through this State Government Program.

With the latest health information available and free literature provided, this may be an opportune time for members to equip themselves with valuable health knowledge for the future ahead. This course is also a great chance for members to stay engaged with other members, as there is the option for any member interested to join in along with other U3A members for Internet-Based Video Education Sessions (e.g. Live Webinars).

Alternatively, those who prefer an individualised approach can access private consults via phone / Facetime for their sessions.
