Our new membership system, Member Wizard, is on track to be ready for members on 9 July.
Our current membership system was frozen from Sunday 31 May. This will allow us to migrate all existing member records including enrolments from our current system, and to complete configuration of the new system.
Because the membership system is closed, you will not be able to login to view or enrol in classes, enter withdrawal requests, or enter apologies. Instead, these will need to be done at the U3A Reception Desk at the Hub, by filling in a form.
How to enrol, withdraw or apologise for absence

- To enrol in a class, withdraw from a class, or change your email address – use an ORANGE form.
- To record absences/apologies for Term 3 – use a BLUE form.
- You do not need to apologise for absences in June. There is no need to ring up or email apologies for classes in June. You will NOT be removed from a class because of lack of apologies in June.
These forms will be processed into the new system in July.
Member Wizard will be live to members from Thursday 9 July
A newsletter will be issued to confirm that on 8 July. You can use the system from 9 July, however support will only be available by email to until the start of Term 3 on Monday 13 July. There will be an information session for Class Leaders on Wednesday 8 July.
Help with using Member Wizard
From the start of Term 3 (Monday 13 July):
- You will be able to collect a “Getting Started with Member Wizard” quick guide from Reception, or download it from the website.
- We will be making available classes and one-on-one sessions to help members register and use the new system (more details to follow in July).
- Onsite support will also be available from the Computer Class Leaders, Appy Hour volunteers, Duty Committee members and Course Admin.
Getting started with Member Wizard
Once Member Wizard is available on 9 July, to use the system you first need to Register (once only), using your current member number or email address, and set a new password. Once registered you can then login. Instructions for Registering and Logging in will be in the July Newsletter and the Getting Started Guide.
Note that on 9 and 10 July, Course Admin will be entering all the enrolments, withdrawals and apologies from the forms left during June, so you may receive automated emails from Member Wizard as we process those.
