In this edition of Snippets, we look back at the Biggest Morning Tea in May; and if you would like to plan ahead, there is a host of things to do during the Term 3 break and beyond for the young and young at heart!

The Biggest Morning Tea at U3A

Well done to all our members who supported the Cancer Council’s Biggest Morning Tea at the Hub on Thursday 23 May. The event was an outstanding success and $7,200 was raised from the morning tea, raffle and ‘guess the number of chocolates/lollies in the jar’.

Congratulations to the Thornburn Ladies Badminton Association who organised the event and thank you to all who supported the Thornburn ladies’ Biggest Morning Tea. See the photo gallery.
