Every time you enrolled at U3A Nunawading you ticked a box stating that you accept the U3A Nunawading Terms and Conditions, otherwise your enrolment can’t be processed. But do you know what they are?
As a member, I have agreed to …
- Act and speak respectfully and with courtesy.
- Arrive punctually to my class.
- Ensure my mobile phone is off during my class.
- Not attend a face-to-face class if I am unwell.
- Wear and display my current membership name badge, including emergency contact details, whenever attending a course or event. My badge is not transferable.
- Comply with all regulations applying to the Nunawading Community Hub and all other host facilities.
- Direct any concerns regarding the Nunawading Community Hub to a Member of U3A Nunawading Committee of Management and not a Nunawading Community Hub staff member.
Our Committee members are listed on our website under About Us > Committee Members
Let us know if you don’t want your photo taken
- U3A Nunawading may photograph or video classes and activities from time to time for promotional purposes.
- It is YOUR responsibility to notify the photographer if YOU DO NOT WISH to be photographed or videoed.
U3A Nunawading is a volunteer organisation
- U3A Nunawading runs entirely on volunteer effort.
- From all our class leaders, the Reception Desk team, and the Committee of Management, every person volunteers their time.
By following these terms and conditions, you’re helping to maintain the goodwill, respect, and smooth running that make our U3A community such a great place to learn and connect.
