From the beginning of Term 2, you will no longer need to put in an apology if you are only going to miss a class for one week.
If you are going to miss two or more weeks of classes, you still need to let us know. You can do this by:

- emailing your Class Leader direct or
- emailing the office at
To save unnecessary work for our volunteers, if you know you are going to be absent for two or more weeks on future dates please mark the Attendance Sheet in advance. This way your Class Leader will know you will not be there on those dates and nothing more needs to be done.
The reason we need to retain our current apology system for absences of two or more weeks of absence is that many classes have waitlists and if you are away for three or more classes and have not apologised we may need to give your place in that class to a member on the waitlist.
