U3A Nunawading opens Monday 12 July

U3A Nunawading will open on Monday 12 July for the beginning of Term 3.

When attending classes at the Nunawading Community Hub you must comply with the following:

Facemasks

All members (except Class Leaders when leading their class) are required to wear a facemask when inside the Nunawading Community Hub.

The only exceptions to this rule are if you have a dispensation, when you are eating or drinking, making a presentation to your class, or having difficulty breathing such as when dancing or exercising.

Checking In

New arrangements from Monday 12 July:

  • Scan the U3A QR code with your smartphone to check-in each time you come to the Hub.
  • If you are unable to check-in using your own phone, see U3A’s Reception Desk volunteers. They will check you in using a QR Kiosk. All you will need to do is give your name and phone number and they will enter your contact details directly into the Victorian Government Coronavirus contract tracing website.
  • You must continue to mark the Attendance Sheet for every class you attend. You only need to put in an apology if you are going to be absent for two or more weeks.
  • Class Leaders will act as COVID Marshalls. They will ask you at the beginning of each class if you have checked in AND marked the roll.
