if you submitted an Orange form or sent an email to:
– withdraw from a class
– enrol in a class
– join a waitlist for a class
you will receive an email after your request has been processed.
Invoices and confirmation emails
From Monday 1 June, our online membership system is closed in preparation for the transition to Member Wizard. This bulletin explains how to record your enrolments, withdrawals and absences before the new system comes into operation.
You can now enrol at U3A Nunawading online at any time or at the office between 9 am and 3 pm up to Friday 5 December.
After Friday 5 December, the office will be closed until Thursday 15 January 2026.
Online enrolments will still be available over the break – login or join at the Member Login link.

These are the key dates you need to know for next year’s enrolment:

– Printed copies of the 2026 Course Guide including Terms 1 and 2 Computer classes as well as the 2026 Summer School Guide are now available for collection from Reception.
– You can also download a copy here.
– Enrolment for current members opens on Monday 24 November.
– Enrolment for new members opens on Wednesday 26 November.

Can’t attend your enrolled class?
Many classes have waitlists, so if you are unable to attend any of your Summer School classes, please be sure to let Course Admin know as soon as possible so that we can allocate your place to another member.

Holiday period
The office is closed over the holidays until Thursday 16 January.
During the holidays:
– our website and member database are still available but …
– the phone is not answered
– emails are not answered
The office reopens on Thursday 16 January and volunteers will be available to assist you between 9 am and 3:30 pm (9:30 am to 2:30 pm on 16 and 17 January).

– ask at Reception
– or view the full list of courses online on the Courses page.
Once you’ve chosen your courses, make sure:
– your class times don’t clash
– you know the enrolment limits (links to a section lower on this page).
If you are going to enrol online, prepare by:
– logging in to make sure your login details work
– check that your membership details are correct, particularly your email address and emergency contacts.

– note the Terms and Conditions you will need to agree to in order to Checkout online.
