As announced in our previous Update we are running three special Christmas Workshops for members who would like to try their hand at making their own Christmas cards, decorations or gifts:
Make your own Christmas cards
Class Leader: Cynthia Rees
Monday 29 November & Monday 6 December
10.00 – 11:30am
This is a class for you if you have wanted to make your own cards. You will have the opportunity to make three unique Christmas cards: two classic cards and one novelty card. Materials and instructions will be provided for each card. Charge for each class is $5.00. Number of participants in each class 12.
Christmas paper craft
Class Leader: Kitty Wong
Monday 29 November & Monday 6 December
10.00 – 11:30am
This is a two-session course during which you will learn how to make simple and interesting Christmas decorations. Members will need to bring their own simple tools (to be advised after enrolment). This workshop is suitable for beginners. Number of participants 10
Christmas stitching
Class Leader: Leonie Clyne
Tuesday 30 November & Tuesday 7 December
10.00am – 12.00pm
Over the two 2-hour sessions of this class you will undertake some quick Christmas stitching that can be made up into small gifts. Number of participants 10
