U3A Nunawading’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 9 September at 11.00am via Zoom

If you wish to attend our AGM you must register beforehand and a Zoom meeting invitation will be sent to your email address. You should join the meeting at 10.50am so that we are ready to commence formal proceedings at 11.00am. The Notice of Meeting can be accessed here

Due to the complexity of holding a meeting of this size online, we will not be taking questions “from the floor” but you can send your questions to the Secretary beforehand by emailing admin@u3anunawading.org.au no later than 2 September and we will endeavour to answer them at the meeting, time permitting.

The U3A Nunawading 2019 – 2020 Annual Report will be available on our website at u3anunawading.org.au/about-us/annual-reports/ on Monday 31 August.

Nomination Forms for 2020/2021 Office Bearers and Committee Members are available on our website. Signed forms must be scanned and emailed to the Secretary at the address above no later than 2 September.

As our Zoom licence only allows for 100 participants at the meeting the first 100 people to register will be sent an invitation containing information about joining the meeting.
