Following the Victorian Government’s announcement that the state will go into a seven-day lockdown from 8.00pm 5 August, U3A Nunawading will be completely closed until the end of next week.
Please ignore any emails you may have received today about classes restarting this Monday (9 August).
If restrictions are lifted next Thursday (12 August) we will re-open on Monday 16 August. We will send another communication at the end of next week to confirm that we are re-opening and under what conditions.
The Nunawading Community Hub will be closed during the state-wide lockdown.
Classes currently running on Zoom will not be affected by the shutdown and will go ahead as scheduled.
After so much of our time spent in lockdown we really do understand how difficult this is for everyone and encourage you to stay connected with family and friends in whatever COVID-safe way you can.

Annual General Meeting
Our AGM is currently scheduled to be held at the Nunawading Community Hub on Wednesday 18 August at 11.00am, but due to this snap lockdown a decision will be made next week about whether to hold the meeting face-to-face or online via Zoom.
If you have already registered for the AGM we will send you information about how to register to attend via Zoom. We will also advise all members in our next communication about how the AGM is to be held and how to register.
