These are the key dates you need to know for next year’s enrolment:
- You will be able to VIEW next year’s courses online from Monday 14 November
- Printed copies of the 2023 Course Guide including Terms 1 and 2 Computer Classes as well as the 2023 Summer School Guide will be available for collection from the Hub from Monday 14 November.
- Enrolment for current members opens on Monday 28 November
- Enrolment for new members opens on Wednesday 30 November.
Intending to enrol online? Check your details now!
Here’s how to save time when enrolments open by ensuring all of your personal and contact details are up-to-date:
- Click the yellow Enrolment button at the top right-hand corner of our website homepage u3anunawading.org.au to go to the member administration system (UMAS)
(See image 1) - In UMAS, click the Login link on the left side menu or click the Login tile.
(See image 2) - Login with your membership number / email address and password.
- Please confirm your phone number/s, email address and Emergency Contact details are all correct.
- If not, click Edit Member Details, make the changes you want and then press SAVE.
If you have forgotten your password you can request a temporary one from the login page of the member administration system (UMAS).

‘How to enrol online’ training
Computer Leader and Webmaster Helen Smith will be running one online enrolment training session and one face-to-face session to prepare you for doing your own enrolment from home.
- The online training session (22COM415) will be held on Tuesday 22 November
- The face-to-face session (22COM417) will be held at the Hub on Wednesday 23 November.
You can enrol in these sessions now via our membership system as you would for any other class or by filling out an orange form at the office. Members enrolling in the Zoom session will be sent a link to join prior to the class.
Enrolling in person
This year you will be able to enrol in person at the office if you cannot enrol online.
The office will open at 8.30 on Monday 28 November and your enrolment will be processed face-to-face by one of our Committee members. You will be given a number on arrival and assistance will be available if you have trouble completing your enrolment form.
If you are going to be away at enrolment time and cannot enrol online, forms can be completed and left at the Reception Desk but these won’t be processed until later on Monday 28 November.
The office will be open until Friday 9 December and reopen on Monday 9 January for Summer School. Our office hours are 9.00am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday.

2023 membership fee
The fee for both current and new members for next year is $50. There is no additional fee to attend Summer School for financial members except for class materials where indicated or entrance fees for excursions.
