  • 9 am Monday 25 November 2024 for current members
  • 9 am Wednesday 27 November 2024 for new members

Get ready to enrol

Choose the courses you would like to enrol in. The Course guides are now available:

Once you’ve chosen your courses, make sure:

  • your class times don’t clash
  • you know the enrolment limits (links to a section lower on this page).

If you are going to enrol online, prepare by:

  • logging in to make sure your login details work
  • check that your membership details are correct, particularly your email address and emergency contacts.
  • review the help on our Membership Instructions and Help page.
  • note the Terms and Conditions you will need to agree to in order to Checkout online.

How can I enrol?

Enrolling online is fastest.

Enrol online

Login to the membership system from 9 am on 25 November (current members). Online enrolments are available 24/7 from this time.

Beware: Don’t login before 9 am – you won’t be able to enrol unless you login AFTER 9 am.

Having difficulty enrolling online?

  • Review the help on our Membership Instructions and Help page.
  • Come to the Hub and we’ll help you enrol. Note there will be a queue.
  • We are unable to assist you over the phone.
  • No enrolments over the phone.

I can’t enrol online, what can I do?

We will have a team at the Hub to process your enrolments face-to-face.

  • Enrolments open at 9 am on Monday 25 November for current members, 9 am on Wednesday 27 November for new members.
  • The Hub will be open at 8.30 am.
  • You will be given a number on arrival and assistance will be available if you have trouble completing your enrolment form.
  • Your enrolment will be processed face-to-face by one of our Committee members.

The office will be open until Friday 6 December and reopen on Thursday 16 January for Summer School. Our office hours are 9 am – 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.

I’m going away, what can I do?

You can complete an enrolment form and leave it at the Reception Desk but these won’t be processed until later on Monday 25 November.

I need help enrolling online, how can I get that?

Two training courses on how to enrol online were held on 19 and 20 November. If you missed these classes, you can still find help onlne at our Membership Instructions and Help page where there are videos demonstrating how to do it.

What’s the Membership Fee for 2025?

The membership fee for 2025 for returning and new members is $60.

There is no additional fee to attend Summer School for financial members except for class materials, where indicated, or entrance fees for excursions.

Enrolment limits

From Monday 25 November

A limit of

  • 3 (three) General Classes, plus up to:
  • 12 Computer and Digital Technology classes,
  • 12 Summer School Classes, and
  • 4 (four) ‘Short Art’ courses.

From Monday 2 December 

  • The limit on General Classes will be lifted to eight.
