Member Wizard is now LIVE!

Our new membership system, Member Wizard, is now live and available to Members and Class Leaders.

Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Your Member Number remains the same.

  3. To access Member Wizard as a Member or Class Leader:
    – Go to our website: u3anunawading.org.au
    – From the main menu, top right, click Member Wizard.
  4. Everything you could do in UMAS can now be done in Member Wizard, via the Member Portal.
  5. A printed “Getting Started with Member Wizard” guide for Members will be available from the Reception Desk from Monday 13 July, or download now.
  6. In-person help is available from Monday 13 July. See the Member Wizard Help page for more details.

First time using the system?

Before you can use the Member Wizard Portal for the first time, you need to register your member number and set a password. It’s a good idea to do this well in advance of the November enrolment period but no rush. You only need to do this once.

  1. Click Member Wizard → Member Login and Select the “Register for Member Portal Access” option.
  2. Choose to register using either your Member Number, or your email address (the one you previously used with U3A Nunawading).
⚠️ If you share an email address with another member, you must use your Member Number.
  3. You will receive an email with a security code. Enter this code on the Registration screen.
⚠️ If you don’t see the email, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
  4. Create your password (use a password with at least 9 characters which must include at least one capital letter, one number and one special character OR use a passphrase).
  5. You will then be taken into the Member Portal.

Logging in after Registration

You only need to Register once.

Next time, simply go to Member Wizard → Member Login and Login using either your Member Number or your email address.

⚠️ If you share an email address with another member, you must use your Member Number.
