Happy New Year to all members! Welcome back to returning members and a very warm welcome to all our new members. I hope that you had an enjoyable break and are ready and eager to commence classes for 2025 on Monday 3 February.
Summer School
Once again, we have just witnessed a very successful Summer School comprising many new and interesting classes and excursions. Congratulations to Athalie Edis and her Summer School Committee for their efforts which are very much appreciated.
In the midst of Summer School, the Hub was decorated with Australian flags in recognition of Australia Day. Thank you to our Reception Desk Volunteers who did this handy work. I hope everyone enjoyed the Australia Day long weekend.
Term 1
Our offices at the Hub are now open from 9 am until 3.30 pm daily for enrolment enquiries and for fee payments.
New member events
Our Member Liaison Team headed by Marlene Fernandes are holding Morning/Afternoon Teas in the first week of term to welcome new members. If you have been invited please make an effort to attend and meet your fellow new members.
Membership fees are due
If you have not already paid your Membership, please ensure you do so before you attend your first class. You can pay online by credit card or come into the Hub and pay by credit card or cheque. We do not accept cash. Allow plenty of time if coming in to pay on the day of your first class as the Reception Desk will be extremely busy once term starts.
