Join a sleep study to improve your sleep

Monash University is leading a study to explore whether an online mindfulness-based program can help older adults with insomnia. The study will compare this program to a standard control program to see if it effectively improves sleep.

Many people don’t seek alternative treatments to medication due to barriers like time constraints, distance, long waitlists, and limited availability. This study also aims to determine whether online programs can make sleep treatments more accessible for older adults.
