These are the key dates you need to know for next year’s enrolment:
- You will be able to VIEW next year’s courses online from Monday 10 November.
- Printed copies of the 2026 Course Guide including Terms 1 and 2 Computer classes as well as the 2026 Summer School Guide will be available for collection from the Hub from Monday 10 November.
- Enrolment for current members opens on Monday 24 November.
- Enrolment for new members opens on Wednesday 26 November.
Intending to enrol online? Check your details now!
Here’s how to save time when enrolments open by ensuring all of your personal and contact details are up to date:
- Click the yellow Enrolment button at the top right-hand corner of our website homepage u3anunawading.org.au to go to the member administration system (UMAS).
(See image 1) - In UMAS, click the Login link on the left side menu or click the Login tile.
(See image 2) - Login with your membership number / email address and password.
- Please confirm your phone number/s, email address and Emergency Contact details are all correct.
- If not, click Edit Member Details, make the changes you want and then press SAVE.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page of the member administration system (UMAS).

‘How to enrol online’ training
We encourage all members to enrol online once enrolments open. Two training courses on how to enrol online will be run on 18 and 19 November (see below). You may enrol in these classes now by filling out an orange form at Reception.
- 25AAEV01: How to enrol online at U3A for 2026 – Zoom (Zoom session) Tuesday 18 November 1 pm to 3 pm
- 25AAEV02: How to enrol online at U3A for 2026 – Hub (face-to-face session), Wednesday 19 November, 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm
Members enrolling in the Zoom session will be sent a link to join before the class.
Enrolling in person
As usual, for those who cannot enrol online, we will have a team at the Hub to process your enrolments face-to-face. Please note we cannot take enrolments over the phone, nor can we offer assistance over the phone for online enrolment.
The Hub will open at 8:30 am on Monday 24 November. The office will open at 9 am and your enrolment will be processed face-to-face by one of our Enrolment Team. You will be given a number on arrival and assistance will be available if you have trouble completing your enrolment form. Remember – you MUST wear your name badge if enrolling in person.
If you are going to be away at enrolment time and cannot enrol online, forms can be completed and left at the Reception Desk but these won’t be processed until later on Monday 24 November or Tuesday 25 November.
The office will be open until Friday 5 December. Our office hours are 9.00 am – 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.
2026 membership fee
The membership fee for 2026 for returning and new members is $60.
There is no additional fee to attend Summer School for financial members except for class materials, where indicated, or entrance fees for excursions.
Class limits
In 2026, members will be limited to THREE (3) General classes initially, plus up to FOUR (4) Computer and Digital Technology classes, and up to FIVE (5) Summer School classes.
Art and Photography Short Courses also do not count towards your overall total. Up to four (4) short courses can be joined.
The limit on General classes and Summer School classes will be lifted to eight (8) on Monday 1 December.
