Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting

Signed Nomination Forms must be received by the Secretary either by email at admin@u3anunawading.org.au or at the U3A office no later than 12 August.

Registration required

If you wish to attend the Annual General Meeting, please login to Member Wizard and “enrol” in the meeting as you would if enrolling for a class. The code for the AGM is 26AAAGM.
You can also register for the meeting at the U3A Nunawading Reception Desk by requesting an orange form.

President’s Report

Welcome back to all members for Term 3. Hopefully many of you were able to get away for a week or so to enjoy some warmer weather.

During our term break the Member Wizard implementation team were hard at work putting the finishing touches to the new member system ready for launch on 9 July. Well done to the members who have registered and to those that have not please do so as no registration means no enrolment for 2027.

Congratulations to Ken Briscoe and the implementation team for their excellent work.

Member Wizard went “Live” on 9 July

Thank you to the entire project team who made this possible, and who helped ensure there were no significant issues, and to all the Leaders who attended the Leaders’ Information Session.

Thank you also to everyone who has already registered in Member Wizard. However, as our President said in his newsletter item there are still many members who have not yet registered and need to do so before enrolments in November. Registration is via the Member Portal

Parking changes at Nunawading Community Hub

The new designated drop-off and pick-up zone

Parking arrangements at the Nunawading Community Hub have changed. including the introduction of a new designated drop-off and pick-up zone. These changes are designed to improve safety and traffic flow around the Hub.

Please read the letter in the article carefully and raise any questions with the Hub Facilities Coordinator.
