Welcome to the U3A 2024 year! In this update we list a number of class vacancies and new classes you might also like to consider, and there is important information about enrolling online and car parking. We hope you have been able to find classes of interest to you and we thank our leaders who give their time and share their skills so generously.
U3A Nunawading is a friendly place, but with so many members it can be hard to keep up with what’s happening.

Our 2024 Summer School has drawn to a close after four days of excitement in the Hub. Taiji on the lawn started each day of dancing, singing, creating, making, cooking, tasting, drawing, sketching, painting, playing, stitching, quizzing, knitting, learning, listening, and viewing.
Change Your Password Day is Thursday 1 February. It’s a good reminder to review your passwords and make sure they’re good ones.
The new year brings new opportunities. This January edition of Snippets brings information about joining a singing group; volunteering to help tutor English; and a callout from Box Hill Institute for past students and staff to contribute to their centenary celebrations.
With the end of another very successful year fast approaching I would like to thank all leaders, volunteers and our Committee of Management for their exceptional dedication and hard work in making U3A Nunawading a great place to live, learn and enjoy.

An end-of-year lunch was held for class leaders to acknowledge their service and commitment throughout 2023. This dynamic group is the heart and soul of U3A Nunawading’s success.
U3A Nunawading’s Reception Desk, Social Committee and Library Volunteers, together with members of the Committee of Management, enjoyed a special morning tea on Tuesday to thank them for their valuable contribution to our organisation.
