Looking for an extra class? There’s a long list at the bottom of this article. Also check the website for any of our general classes that may have a vacancy. Please do not enrol in a class unless you are confident you can attend each week.
We have two special events coming up. A number of you have been asking for us to put on a session re the referendum. Your request has now been met. See the article later in this newsletter. And for Seniors Month in October, Aqualink is offering a bodyscan at the Hub.
This update includes helpful tips on parking and driving at the Hub and reminders to wear your name badge and to provide an apology if you will be away to keep your class spot.

Earlier this month U3A Nunawading hosted a visit by the Commissioner for Senior Victorians, Gerard Mansour, who was very impressed by what he saw at the Hub.
While many classes are full with waitlists or even closed, we are pleased to be offering eight new classes starting next term. There are also a number of classes that still have vacancies and some are listed here after the New Classes commencing in Term 2.
Welcome back to all from the Course Admin team, Elsie, Ken, Skip and Mary. The first week of term was very busy for our volunteer team as we did our best to settle members into their requested classes.
We are looking forward to welcoming over 2100 members and over 180 leaders to the huge range of continuing and new courses when Term 1 commences.

With only one month to go before the end of Term 4, all general classes are now closed to new enrolments. However, there are still some places available in Term 4 Computer Classes and Christmas Workshops.
